Tuesday mornings beginning August 17th at 9:15am

One in a Million by Priscilla Shirer invites us to change our patterns of life for good, living beyond our circumstances and expecting to see God move in miraculous ways day after day. Without a doubt, we can find and follow God's purpose for life!

Wednesday evenings beginning August 18th at 6:45am

...begins Wednesday, Aug 18th at the Iverson’s home from 6:45-9pm. We will be studying the Tabernacle with Beth Moore in "A Womans Heart: Gods Dwelling Place." This 10-week in-depth Bible study will challenge you to prepare your heart, like the holy of holies, to become a home for His love and glory — a dwelling place for the Most High God. Hope to see you there!

SUMMER FELLOWSHIP AT THE 'OLE BALL GAME! Sunday, August 15th at 4:30pm

Mark your summertime calendar, ask God who you should invite, and sign-up for the number of tickets you need on Sunday morning! We can promise a fun time regardless of the score because the church for the beach family is showing up! Sign-up early and be sure to invite someone who needs some ‘real’ fellowship! Beau Difrenna will bring an inspirational message and Jonathan Schroer will be leading the crowd in worship at 4:30pm as faith meets baseball. The first pitch will be thrown at 6:05 pm.  Tickets are $4 per person for the game and $8 if you'd like a hot dog/soda included.

CHILDREN MINISTRY REMINDER ON SUNDAY AM

• Dads and moms...just a reminder on the Children's Ministry format on Sunday mornings.  For nursery children, the drop-off will remain the same. Just take your child to the nursery as you enter the hallway to the meeting room.  For the 4 year olds through 6th graders, they will begin the morning with the adults in the worship service.  Prior to the beginning of the message, 4 year olds thru 6th graders will be dismissed for their Bible Study.  At the end of the service, the children will be brought back in, except for those in the nursery.  We ask that parents of children in the nursery please pick them up personally and not send a sibling in to pick them up.  See you on Sunday!  The Children Ministry Coordinators

If you are involved in any of the above ministries, please contact Jim Caple in order to provide him with the necessary information to do the background check. The information received from the backgroud checks will be reviewed by a group of the elders and help in confidence. Any inconsistencies will be reviewed and shared with the individual, challenged and re-submitted before the reports are accepted by leadership.

• LIBRARY
  CFTB rolling library offers a selection of Christian books and videos/DVDs for the whole family. The library will be available before and after worship to check out and return items. Please browse the book lists on the web site (see the Church Library tab on the left side) and contact Sherril Stallings to reserve a book. It will be delivered to you the following Sunday morning. All media may be checked out for 3 weeks. Stop by the CFTB library and check them out. If you make a purchase at Family Christian Stores please ask for library stamps. We can redeem these stamps for free products.
